supreme "preme" is kenneth mcgriff he ran the preme team which was a drug cartel which was based in southside queens and 50 worked under him. 50 made the song ghetto quern and mentioned some people in it from his hood thats why he is accused of snitching even though preme had been arrested before the song came out. also preme worked with murder inc and we all know 50 was f***** there money flow up
