i feel that lyrically TI is at his finest right now and honestly i think that the last album he dropped was his best album hes dropped so far, and even one of the best albums that came from ah southern artist this year other than Jeezys The Recession .... But to answer the question of whos going to hold it down while hes locked up id have to say Bun B has been doing his thing for the longest time and i dont feel hes got his due credit as a lyricist .... neither has Andre 3000....
