Which Rocky Movie is the Best out of the Series???
My Friends And I have had this Debate for a while now,, most of the people I know feel Rocky 4 was the best of the series, So I wanna Know what other people think..
My favorite Rocky movie was Rocky III
It had a great mix of different story telling, emotion and had the most action in it, having Three fighting bouts within the movie..
The story was great how Rocky became too famous and full of himself and loses his hunger as a fighter while Clubber Lang was a up and coming beast with the Hunger to become champion.. Rocky loses his focus while training ,, Mickey gets sick right before the fight leaving Rocky distracted..during the fight he winds up getting demolished by the more confident and stronger Clubber Lang in the 2nd Round.. And then Mickey Dies in his arms after the fight which was emotional...
But the best part was having Rockys old arch enemy Apollo Creed take Rocky under his wing and teaches him how to train & Maneuver like a Black boxer with quickness and savvy.. For the rematch Rocky then uses technique in the Ring against Clubber Lang that no one has ever seen him do before, using defense,dodging skill and quickness to Tire and wear down Clubber.. Rocky then f**** Clubber up by lighting him up with a flurry of like 20 straight jabs to Langs face until he knocks him silly,,ending it with a knock out blow in the 3rd round.. s*** was hott...

Oh and on a side note: Part 3 was the introduction to the greatest Fighting Spirit song of all f***** time "Eye Of The Tiger".. haha I get pumped up every single time I hear that song...

hahaha.. yeah I know it was awsome... most people Like Pt4 the best... it is off the hook...... its f***** up how apollo dies and s***,, and i love the training he goes through in that one.... its dope ... but i just love pt 3 just alittle bit more

yeah, after apollo died it made that rocky vs ivan fight even more dramatic, and i remember in elementary school my gym teacher used to blast the rocky 4 sound track when we did exercises haha.
pt 3 was good but him and mr t was the definition of a "rocky fight" .....meaning nothing but wild hay makers with no real boxing

hahaha.. i guess.. but i think all six parts had unrealistic boxing.. lol... its alittle cheesy how the punches were...lol..
actually i think Part 6/Rocky Balboa was probably the most realistic fight scene at the end...

yeah every rocky movie had those type of fights, im just saying i think him and mr t was the worst of all "rocky fights" lol and yeah him vs tommy gun was an actual street fight that looked pretty real.
but seriously tho how many times can you put your hands down and walk right into a hay maker and keep going back for more?

lol... yeah , he would have got killed with all those haymakers in real life...
but I like the fight with clubber because it was the only fight in the series that didnt have the typical ""15 rounds of fighting with him winning in the very last moment of the round"" Part 1,2,4,6 all ended in the last round.. its too cliche....
atleast in Pt 3 he fought 3 hard rounds blow for blow and used strategy to defeat his opponent using speed defense and just straight heart to tire and wear out Clubber until he was sooo tired he couldnt fight back... then rocky just Lite him up with crazy flurries...
it was just different then the other fights

3, the acting and emotions was much realer and better
And Micky died. Rocky was actually afraid. Thats normal.... boxers really aren't afraid in real life. but still

true,, but Mike Tyson was alittle emotional when his trainer Gus D'matto died.. he might not have been afraid when he lost to buster douglas but he was a little distracted..
