First of all US people overhype this whole "Biggie/Pac" being the best. Biggie is deffo top 3, but 2 Pac... overrated people. Biggie/M&M/Game/Immortal Technique/Lupe Fiasco/Kanye West are better imo

Biggie had a smoother flow than Pac. Like Biggie was a better lyricist because he could just sit there and flow. S*** came natural. Meanwhile, Pac put his heart and soul into all of his music. That's why I consider Pac a better artist and a more legendary figure while Biggie was a better rapper.
