Like I said mayne, it depends where you go. If you're in Orlando and Disney World, then hell yeah there's not much hard s*** there. Even the parts of Miami where all the glamour is ain't hard. But you do realize that the whole city is what it is today because of drug trafficking and nothing else? And where there is drug trafficking, there is always crime. In all honestly, have you ever been to Little Haiti, Opa Locka, all the Russian, Jamaican, Cuban and Trinidadian areas? Just because there's not many "hard" rappers coming out of an area, don't mean its not hard. Name at least one rapper from Camden, NJ.
