T.O.S sold 170k 1st week, that's not a flop, but MMG being the hottest right now sellin 98k is def a big a** flop to me, I bet Ross won't go gold wit GFID wit wack singles, same beat, same lyrics and hooks, Hold me down is a remake of BMF, Girls go Wild by Fif is 100 times better than all of Ross singles, no hate but at least do somethin new Ross

TOS did 102k first week (and only 36k 2nd week) in 2008 where sales were stronger than now that's why it's a flop. S*** is not selling like it used to. If this is a flop name 2 hip hop albums released this year that sold more first week...you CAN'T. They got the number 2 spot behind a much more pop-oriented album. So if they are top 2 how is it a flop? Group albums always sell less than the leaders solo album (Curtis did 1.35 million, 10 months later TOS did 240k...)
Teflon don has still sold more than hustlers ambition, and let's not compare USDA album to this...

What you taklin bout you dumb canadian? The music climate is the same then as it is now. Bootleggin is still here and internet leaks is still prevelant. MMG is everywhere now where G unit was really nowhere then. Ross had that supposed big tape and meek had that big tape and wale had that wack a** song out. MMG had a way bigger buzz than G unit then. So explain that you b**** a** canadian french f*****.

I'm not saying MMG has no buzz now...I just said the climate for sales is worse. 428.416 million albums were sold in 08 compared to 330.570 million in 2011 (it's a bit less this year week to week).
When TOS dropped the market was 100 MILLION albums stronger, but they only managed to sell a tiny 4k more first week in a much bigger market...that is why TOS is a flop and sm2 which has the second biggest first week of any hip hop album this year is not
