Im not dissing unknown artist or saying if they dont make music like wale they dont make hiphop..cause hiphop is an umbrella term....this is in response to people saying wale isnt real hiphop.. and branding his music for fags and shit..

Yeah..but.thats part of wale's whole style.hes bout bringing people together and breaking conventional rules...Hiphop/rap has a standard..and if you go against that standard you are labeled as either gay wack corny or what ever negative term people choose to associate you with..and occasionally going against the grain works with artist like kanye...Wale is trying to do that..too...

Why not....as long as the song still has a meaning..and isnt on no gay shit lol..Sure chillen had lady gaga on the hook but it still had punches flow and charisma..Maybe thats partly of whats wrong wit hiphop now..people are set in a old mindset of what hiphop is to them..and it changes over time..and it means different things to different people.So nobody can see eye to eye...i guess...

I guess. I'm 23 years old and this era of hip hop has to be the worse! It's no nigga in this era that u can say 10 years from now we will be debating that such n such artist is the greatest of all time!

Wale is good can't take that from him! Call it what u want but niggas like 50, Jada, Banks, Nas, DMX, Lupe, Jay-z, Jeezy, Scarface and Slaughterhouse artist like them will always be prefered by me!

I agree..I prefer Jay Nas and Lupe to Wale..but hes still a good artist in his own right
