yes i'd agree on this one but it must appeal to the masses..put your hands up for example would definitely do way better than i just wanna

I think you're right, Put Ya Hands Up had more mainstream appeal but his first single might be more commercial so maybe they wanted to release a pure hip hop track first. I Just Wanna will be lucky to make the bb hot 100 next week imo, not sure if the radio spins and digital sales will be enough. His first single definitely gotta be a lot bigger.

I dunno if "I just wanna" will chart it's low 80s on I tunes but has much less radio play than a lot of other songs cause it only has urban spins and only around 500 spins weekly so much less than records on rhythmic or top 40. Might be enough to just sneak in the top 100 but I doubt it.
Right now "Up" is generating a lot more buzz for 50 even though he only has 40 seconds on it
