Understand but fif can't be stubborn & let his ego get in the way this time.. In today's hiphop 50 couldn't carry an album on his on like back in his heyday.. Hell even jay probably couldn't just look @ all the features on bp3.. 50 has to step outta da box & work with the artists that's hott rite now & that's including young money

you're right he will need some big features for the album, so far Chris Brown and some big female singer are confirmed. I think besides 50 nobody in the rap game would be crazy enough to release a buzz single featuring Yayo lol.

Yeah we knew about the Chris brown track for awhile now but really like im really gettin worry about these songs that fif has already recorded for this album is going sound outdated (mainly his lyrics) meaning is he still writing for the album ? Like who are the pop/ r&b singers that's going be on the hooks ? Are changes being made ? Remember Rihanna wasn't originally on the love da way you lie hook it was Skyler grey

not sure how lyrics can sound outdated since most other rappers ain't talking about rocket science either nowadays like e.g. Big Sean on A** especially when it comes to mainstream success it doesn't matter that much as long as it's catchy or trendy imo. As for the rest of your questions I guess we'll have to wait and see.
I think this time around it will be more important than ever how the album is being marketed. If ppl think it's just some outdated sounding album they prolly won't buy it. It needs to be a best of both worlds kind of album with the right balance of new sounding stuff and that classic hip hop sound.

Bingo! Lowkey that's why I don't want dre really to have no production on this LP I want to hear fif on sum outta this world type Kanye classical s*** with alot of violins & piano sounds ... get my drift ?

By da way I wonder what happened to the tracks soulja boy sent 50 for his album.? Remember soulja said he heard the album & it was on some soulful type s***

I think judging from the producers working on the album he should be able to get a balanced out sound. Dre does have a few productions according to 50 tho and as long as they're really dope and not like his work on Curtis and also better than his beats on BISD I'm looking forward to those tracks.
lol I bet 50 was just tryna be nice so he took those Soulja Boy beats but I never saw 50 or anybody else mentioning Soulja Boy's contribution to the album. However, the album might of changed since Soulja heard it but I would welcome a rather soulful soundung album.

That "up" joint lookin like it could be a real hit every day the week to week spins been increasing by almost 100 on urban AND on rhythmic. I think already it's top 10 on both formats or close to it. If it crosses over to mainstream it'll be top 20 on billboard hot 100 for sure. Still tho 50s best recent feature is "buzzin"
