Hammer should be taken off because he DID what every other person in hip-hop CLAIM they do...which is feed his WHOLE HOOD....Hammer like it or not put Oakland on the map...Yea he was dancing while he was rapping...but so was Kane, Heavy D, Kid N Play, Salt and Pepa, and back in that day Rappers had Backup Dancers....

the whole list should be Kanye West. He weakened Hip Hop for what it was. Hip Hop used to scare little high school white girls with "f*** the police" or anything that came out of DMX's mouth.
