1THUG...The D.O.C made the list because he is the author of 80% of Dr. Dre's rhymes. Most of those Dre verses we heard on Efil4zaggin, The Chronic, and 2001 were penned by The D.O.C.

Canibus rap career has kinda been weird ,in the late 90's he was all over the radio , mix tapes and was all the rage for a minute . He was all over mainstream rappers tracks Nas, LL Cool J ect.. Then over night he just went underground and the no mainstream love .
If you think of it, that's kinda odd to just be in the mainstream like he was then drop to the underground and stay there . I know a lot of 90's rappers are lurking in the underground these days , but he went into the underground prematurely after having a huge buzz..

...yeah Phonte should probably be on this list somewhere. I'd put him in the bottom half of the 30s or maybe the top of the 40s, bumping everyone behind a spot back.
