hmmm...does Banks deserve to be Top 50 lyricists?....i think niggahs' gettin' confused wat lyrical and ''a hot line'' or punchline is.....Banks hit niggahs' wit the fly lines that catch people....kinda like wayne BUT without the goofyness
BUT lookin' at the list and lookin' at the order Banks coulda definately beat out atleast 10-15 people on this list easy....Period.

I'll tell you who SHOULDN'T be in that list...Styles P, Jada, Ross, Kim, Prodigy, Bun B, Wayne, Kanye, Scarface, and you can even make the argument of 50. Lyricism is delivery, complexity of rhymes, word play and what not. While the ones I just listed are good rappers and got bars, they're not what I would call lyrical. I mean c'mon, lil Kim is "lyrical"? Hell na. Dudes like Big Pun, Kool G Rap, Busta Rhymes, Big L, Talib, Eminem. Listen to how they rhyme. That's what I consider lyrical.
Ps, Canibus should be a lot higher too.
