How did Rick Ross change the game when he is following the same blueprint set out by 50. Rick Ross has consistently dropped hit music for the past 5 years. If Ross was so big then why are his shows being cancelled on his current tour? His concerts are barely half-full and this is his first official headlining tour.
Tony Yayo almost went platinum and that in itself should tell you G-Unit had a bigger impact on music period. 50 just became less motivated and spent more time on other ventures whereas Rick Ross has no other form of income other than selling albums and concerts.

You can't have a barley gold n*gga as the leader of your crew and say your better than anybody.
G-Unit put out multi-platinum acts. Rick Ross can't even get to Tony Yayo numbers.

Everyone in the ORIGINAL G-UNIT lineup went Platinum at least once.
MAYBACH MUSIC GROUP's star Rick Ross has moved Gold on 5 consecutive albums.

nahh negga g-unit movement way bigger and way more official!! g-unit orginated from tha gutter...Mostly Moissanite Gold-plated (MMG) originated from tha mainstream!! aint no comparison!!

dat early bad boy movement was bigger than wu...even early death row bigga then wu!! i say tha first death row wave...dre, snoop, young kurupt, nate dogg, rage...they got tha edge!!
death row really had tha hood on smash!! deathrow peaked 92 to 96! wu 93 to 97...wu dont even come close...
dont get it twist, wu was tough...but not compared wit tha row!!

Deck never got the props he deserved.
Same with Masta Killa even though "No Said Date" didn't drop until mid new Millenium.
RZA still respected as a producer and GZA is a Top 50 Lyricist.
