The First Week Sales Projections For T.I.'s "Trouble Man" & Chief Keef's "Finally Rich" ARE IN (Keef FLOPPED!)
...as I expected, ATL Trapstar T.I. SMASHED Chicago's teenaged gimmick rapper Chief Keef.

Even though it's been less than a day since T.I.'s Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head and Chief Keef's Finally Rich hit store shelves, it looks like the first-week sales numbers have been counted for both albums.
According to HITS Double Daily, T.I.'s anticipated eighth solo album is expected to debut to between 150,000 and 175,000 units sold. The album, which boasts features from the likes of Andre 3000, A$AP Rocky, Lil Wayne and others, is going up against singer Michael Bublé's Christmas for the number two spot on the charts.
Also debuting on the charts this week is Chief Keef, whose premiere album Finally Rich hit stores courtesy of Interscope. The controversial Chicago upstart's album is expected to bow out this week at between 50,000 and 55,000 units sold.

1/ Good for T.I., he deserved to do numbers. Good music sells - period. Somebody tell 50 that.
2/ Keef didn't flop. The demographic he panders to is tiny. Rappers like him never push massive numbers anyway. Not to mention, you can't really flop on your first album. Anyway, I won't miss him when he's gone, Young Chop on the other hand....

I consider it a FAILURE (FLOP isn't a harsh enough label for that atrocity) since he's under the Interscope machine.
Curren$y did similar FW #s with very little promo on a considerably smaller label and I consider his album a success since he's considered "underground".

T.I's album is solid...i havent heard all of keef's but nobody was expectin' it to do crazy numba's anyway he has a small following like lil b so far but he gaining popularity...and i aint hatin' on the lil dude he doin' his thing....im sure interscope isnt lookin' at this as a flop..
