Em hasn't been a part of a actual rap beef/(battle)competition since the early 2000's, if I remember correctly the last real diss record to a hip-hop artist was back in like '03-'04. Clowning popular culture icons and Mariah, and talking about the people in his personal life(his mom,Kim,etc) don't count as being confrontational.IMO
