The real rik ross is suing him cuz fake ross is makn money off his name not just 4 the hell of it n fake ross neva tried to talk to ross bout using his name if u heard real rosses interview and freeway the rapper did talk 2 ross when he was in prison and askd if he can use his name and kept in touch with him thats y real ross doesnt have a problem with freeway using his name..
