i'm just suprised how Game can get an album to drop and 50 can't. what's the deal with that? i thought 50 was Curtis "Interscope" Jackson?

Game got a reality TV show about his wedding on TV, that's why.
As for the snippets, they don't sound bad. He will never touch his first 2 albums but this one could be solid.

This is why LL Cool J gets props on his upcoming jawn. He only has two features from R&B artists for the hooks. LL still holds his own.

It does have alot of feats tbf but they dont sound forced like R.E.D.
On that album you can tell he just baltently got them for the sake of it. This sounds more well put together.

This is what is killing rap music. How do you put out an album and every single track has a feature? You don't see R&B artist putting out albums with like this. These are compilation/producer/dj albums. Also, how can you go on tour and perform these songs? This is the reason why I would put BISD over Curtis. 80% of that album was held down by 50 cent. People are quick to say 50 cent is irrelevant, but he is one of the only rappers that can really hold down a track and have a hit record on his own. For example, 50 cent is sign to shady/aftermath records and release 4 albums. do you know how many of his singles has dre or eminem featured on there ? the answer is 0. most of 50 cent hit records, are him performing the records solo.

It seems like in order for a record to be considered a hit record, it either has to feature lil Wayne, drake, nicki, Ross, Rihanna, Kanye or a combination of 3 artist or more. If I'm wrong, look at the top 10 rap songs?
