I must admit that until I joined Thisis50.com, I had never heard the term d*** rider before, so like any other nerd, i wanted to know exactly what the term meant so I googled it, lol and this is what I found:

one who uses the male penis of another as a mode of transportation willfully to gain social or financial status with no regard of self itegrity or how they are percieved by others.

A male who is consistently kissing another man's ass in attempt to gain his acceptance, laughs a little too loud at jokes in an attempt to fit in, seems to mold himself out of another man he admires wanting to be just like another dude so much it gets to the point where it becomes an abnormal obssession that causes his idol to try to avoid him and his idol's girlfriend to get freaked out by the d*** rider's clinginess.
Oh, Todd just changed his opinion again because he overheard what Steve thought about the subject. He even tries to wear his hair like Steve! What a d*** rider!
