I dont know. I kinda disagree. Southern tracks are basically dance or bounce oriented and not really meant for no thought provoking lyrical s***.

North tracks aint really made to dance to but a little more thematic so you can think about what the rapper is saying.

How the f*** do you mix the two and keep everybody happy? I dont think you can. Look at Fif's "Baby by Me" its a good track about wanting a woman so bad, you telling her f*** it, just have a baby by me.

But how lyrical is Fif going to get on some s*** like that or a beat like that (made by the south's Polow da Don by the way)? C'mon yo that s*** aint as easy as it sounds.

You have a point and I can relate to that and I really love 50 baby by me track. But It's Been Done! Check Out "You Won't Believe Me" T-Pain Feat.50 [This is an prime example of when the north and south collide] Tell Me What You Think About It.

The North cats be burning the southern beats down. You gotta be on top of the mixtape game though. Kiss bodied the A millie beat. Cassidy bodied a Plies beat too many to name. where are you from South or North?

I'm from Queens But I live in Florida now... I moved here right after 9-11 and I'm now into the south's music style too. I'm Just Trying to adapt lol but its hard mixing what other people aren't use to hearing because they can't relate most of the time. They only know south music or they might only know north music.

true, but you know how it is up North then, we listen to everything. they don't really pump with up North music like that for whatever reason.

OMG You Are Right The South Doesn't Play Up North Music At All...When G-Unit First Started Really Getting Hot With 50 South Was All For It And The Clothing Line. But Now It's Like Damn What Happened.

I feel what you saying but there are very few if really any rapers like in the east that would rap on west style beats, and the west is more dance and fast beats, east is more slow. but that does not mean it won't happen though.
