Most over rated rapper ever skill wise. not overall lets be honest which rapper has had people over rate his skills on the mic over the years.
skill wise i think jay-z is over rated because he isnt that sick people make him seem like he is the best rapper ever and is sick as hell wit his s***
hes good and im a jay fan but i dont know i think they over rated his skills over the years and made him some big superstar on the mic. but other then that he isnt over rated he deserves the credit he gets
and another rapper is Biggie
dont kill me for this one but biggie wasnt as good as ppl make him i think alot of it was hype because he died because yea he has flow a lyricist and a good story teller (i say one of the best at story tellen) but people made him more then what he was. i really dont think he was all that sick on the mic but do consider him one of the best because of his story tellen and flow but i dont know he just wasnt what people make him. no offence but new york hyped him up because they had no one from the east so they had to do something to get the attention back to the east i guess it worked?

wayne....period maybe the most improved a couple of years ago he had really stepped his s*** up from when he first hit the sceen, but now...he on some other singing ass s*** half rapping just get it over make an r and b cd like kanye...so most over rated of all time because some crazy ass people are under the assumption that he is the best...which he aint close elementery punch lines and is no where near what a classical lyricist is suppose to be!

Lil Wayne! aside frm having the most annoying voice...his first 2 albums wasnt s*** and he got better when he learned about the double ententre from those Philly cats as did Jay-Z, tht super subliminal s***...and u must be a youngn cuz noooobody had biggies mcing skills charisma, flow, and story telling abilities g....ask anyyyy of ya favorite rappers who's in there top 3...and u'll most alwayzz hear BIG's name..fiddy, Em, Jay, Nas Busta...u name it g..BIG's most rappers fav rapper! cuz real recognizes real duggie..holla!
