Straight Males dont really be coppin female rappers music too much, especially females that act like thugs or goons and females don't really gravitate to that either. Lil kim had to verbally suck c*** for dudes to cop her joint. Missy elliot and TLC and Salt & Pepa all were a mix of pop and female oriented material. Part of the reason nicki minaj is so popular is that she has fully embraced this and markets her s*** mostly for females and homosexuals. Her album was called pink friday and she calls her stans "barbies". Appealing to females primarily has created the most successful female rap artist almost prior to her first album actually dropping and previous incredibly successful female rap artists have followed the same formula.
Bottom line, you were never going to hear your homeboy say, "damn that new precious paris joint just dropped i got dip home and grab that on itunes" So let her try to appeal to those that are most likely to cop her album.
I never heard her before today, i think her chances are slim if she continues to rap with that masculine a** voice, if she is the one singing on the joint she can switch that the f*** up, no one man or woman wants to hear a female that sounds like a bear, that foxy brown s*** is for the birds.
