in 2005 eminem beat lil wayne when carter 2 and curtain call came out..and curtain call was just a best hits album with 2 new joints in it..but wayne wasnt that popular then..just a fact

Basically Dre was to busy for Relapse 2 to get finished an put out this year so Em went an got just blaze to finish 4,5 tracks off but wit half production from Dre, Half from just blaze the album never balanced out the way Em wanted it so hes releasing Refill to keep the fans goin until he can get Dre to finish off sum other tracks an then Relapse 2 will be out
