half the people you named from the south arent legends. Outkast, Scarface/Geto Boys, Devin the dude, luda, ti possibly, UGK def, DOC and some old skool cats like Luke that ur dumb ass aint heard of. But id say East takes it in terms of legends and im not coast bias cause i dont live in the US...
