I know this is just one of your discussions to get a reaction out of people but comparing C4 to Curtis is stupid. Curtis came out on the tail spin of 50 hype while the C4 album came I wont say the peak of Wayne's hype but not far off of Waynes peak, so there different situations. A better comparison would be the C4 to the Massacre but you wouldnt do that because that would make Wayne look bad. Your arguments for music would be so much better if you dont show that your so bias. `

The point is that heavy-weighted first weeks are common for hip hop and shouldn't be viewed as evidence of cheating soundscan. The most common suspect as of late has been C4 and the most common prosecution has been 50 cent fans. I simply provided an example of their favorite rapper having a heavier first week to overall ratio to show that if they think waynes first week looks funny then they have to take into account that their favorite rapper has one that looks much more suspicious considering how Curtis sales plummetted after the high first week yet C4 sales held fairly constant. If pure logic is seen as anything more than simply that I cant help what you decide to infer. As well this thread naturally has bias just due to the point I am trying to make.

Seriously? Why would any label buy that many albums of only ONE artist on it's roster? It makes no sense. It's bad business. You invest money (hundreds of thousands or millions) to put out an album and then spend the same amount to buy it? Why? It puts you DEEP in the red. People with such a dumb a** mindset do not bother to think these things through.
As far as number go- it depends on how you want to look at things. You want to compare these albums. Ok. But we could also look at their entire discography.
Wayne has 9 studio albums with a combined total sales (within one year including The Carter IV) of 11 million.
50 has 4 studio albums with a combined total sales within one year (US only) of 14 million. Within one year worldwide, his sales were 21 million.
I don't know what your goal is, but your comparison is dumb to me.
