I Think Ima Take a Break from hip hop... for now
If you gon start readin now then read the rest or get out... the game is just too much for me these days.... honestly what does it take to be a successful hip hop artist??? What i think y'all may not understand is there is no such thing as success under the hip hop category... the new term for hip hop as far as success should be the b******* genre... check it.... 50's biggest song off BISD right now is Baby By Me.... although i cant front Do You Think About Me is the shittttt. Be we aint even gonna go wayyy back.... what would 50s biggest song be if he released it in the 93-95 time period???? See what im sayin... Think of all the true lyricist who are stuck on freeze underground right now because lyrics and depth and meaning dont matter no more... i mean think about it.... Eminem... yes my favorite rapper so go ahead say it "white kid likes em go figure what a stan".... But y'all hatin on some of his s*** too because of all the wierd accents and his songs mean nothin and the jokin and s***.... hes just doin what he can.... what if em dropped "The Way I Am" or "Sing For The Moment" or "Stimulate" or "Mockingbird" or "Yellow Brick Road" right now???? It would be a straight flop.... Hell he dropped "Beautiful" as a single(which by the way that and deja vu are probly my two favorite songs)... "Beautiful" did nothing but this....MAKE YOUR BEST FARTING SOUND....(flopped).... why?? because you cant do the stanky leg to it with an ice cream paint job...... now i know 98% of you wont even make it this far through the thread to even post a comment which mostly just proves my point that nobody gives a f*** about the politics of hip hop..... But "At the end of the Day" (as Buck would say) Im f***** wit Motown for now.... Holla If Ya Hear Me

Yeah thats why i kinda gave up on hiphop. I am listen to other genre of musics and at the sametime increasing my music knowledge.
