ok i feel your opinion but even if he didnt tell the cops if u start telling ppl all over the world the cops no .. in the hood if someone get shot and the whole hood no who did it the cops no to ..but if pac would have got shot and stfu then he would b a g but he ran his mouth bout the whole bad boy
