These f*** gotta double standard either way u look at it Wayne is losing relevance cuz 50 gave us a street record n this is a rock/pop album...which one suppose to sell more????
LOOK HOMIE...JUST WAIT TILL WAYNE RELEASES A RAP ALBUM...AND IF HE DONT SELL HUGE NUMBERS IMMA GO IN. BUT TRUTH IS YOU CANT COMPARE THIS LITTLE ALTERNATIVE ROCK ALBUM TO HIS NORMAL S***. ITS NOT GONNA SELL. WE ALL NEW THAT BECAUSE THE MUSIC WAS JUST HORRIBLE (NOT THAT HIS RAP MUSIC IS ANY BETTER) BUT ITS NOT THE SAME.
AND TRUTH IS M************ HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 50 CENT TO FALL OFF THE TOP FOR A LONG TIME. (INCLUDING ME). BUT NOW I WANT HIM TO GET BACK TO THE TOP. BUT JUST TO HUMBLE HIMSELF DOWN A LITTLE BIT.
it aint a proper rock album though its still rap just over rap/rock beats ? it doesnt matter any which way 2 me wayne could sell 7 mill 1st week i still wouldnt give a f*** hes trash in my eyes an nothings ever gonna change my mind
it doesnt matter how much a cd sale now days, just cuz a cd flop or sell doesnt take away the fact if the cd hot or not, im not a wayne fan but he tight sometimes when he not on that bs, but that cd is trash....and theres no excuse cuz rock albums sales alot, 50 didnt sale good first week either i think now he almost gold or he there already, but fif albums all together is more than majority of these other artist careers
I can't say a n**** flopped off first week sales when souljah boy ass ended up with a platinum plaq after a year on his first cd. At the end of the day it's where the album ends up after a year in my book. I could careless about sells. Now a days I just focus on if the music is good or not. I don't listen to wayne anymore. I was a fan PRE-CARTER 3. Carter 1 and 2 were waaaaaay better. Wayne mixtapes were hot form 07 and back. What I don't undersand is how ppl can listen to the new s*** and be like it's hot when dude was spitting way harder in the begining of young money...
dedication 1and 2 also the squad up days was the s***. Niggaz saying this aint a real album GTFOH this album is a real album IDC if it was Rnb its a real album. It's just not name the carter. That's like saying none of Jay z albums count except for the blueprint 1,2,3. The fact is if he would have came out with this album directly after C3 it would have done numbers but his buzz is fading/faded. Will I listen to this album NO. But numbers IMO at this state of hiphop is Irrelevant. The real question will drake do numbers since he is supposely the best thing in hiphop right now.
How come Wayne gets a pass for makin a rock album then but kanye has 808 n heartbreaks n that went plat...all it is is a double standard if 50 fell off then wayne did too
