50's buzz was crazy. Everyone and I mean everyone loved 50 back then. With Drake its hit or miss some people love him and some people hate him. Personally I dont like his music but I dont hate him, his just not my style of rapper.

obviously 50 had a bigger buzz... drake has 1 hit and (imo that song is horrible) i live in tororto and i dont hear any hood niggaz bumpin his s*** and hes supposed to be a toronto rapper.. when 50 first came out ppl were comparin him to pac and said he had a buzz bigger than biggie... this thread fails hard... and if you didnt notice the media has been forcing this drake guy in the public's face, hes not high in demand ppl dont give a s*** about his future like that until he shows some consistency, right now hes a 1 hit wonder....

I don't know man! They mentioning him at world wide award shows. He just sign with Lil Wayne label & hate him or love him (Lil Wayne) he have to be considered the hottest rapper right now that was the same move 50 made when he sign with Eminem. I do agree it feels that he's being forced on us but you can't deny they're going a good job forcing the issue. I'm in Chicago & all we hear all day long on our airways right now is 50% Lil Wayne, 20% Drake, 20% Kanye & 10% other. Yes they was comparing 50 to Pac but they're comparing Drake to nothing which means he's something new, & we both know how the public want that new thing.

50 of course!! Drake will never sell 12 millions on his first album. 50 been discovered by Em', made a song for 8 mile's sondtrack and before that he made the album "Power of the dollar" and that was an underground success. Drake got a good EP, he been discovered by Wayne and got a real buzz but it's not real hip-hop to me, that's more hip-POP you know so... i say 50 with no doubt!
