Fifty cent not letting Younbuck sell any of his music or music related assets to cover his bankruptcy settlement.
50 Cent is looking to stop Young Buck from selling his intellectual property to pay off creditors in his bankruptcy filing.
Fif’ and his lawyers have filed a motion seeking to halt the sale of Buck’s recordings, publishing and other music-related assets until a judge decides what he’s allowed to sell. 50 says he owns the rights to the former G-Unit member’s material because of their previous record deal. In addition, G-Unit’s lawyers say the label owns all trademarks, logos and even the name “Young Buck.”
The matter will go to a bankruptcy judge in Nashville next month. –Rahim Wright

Dude is going out of his f****** way on buck. 50 got on the radio like a year ago saying he hasn't heard from buck and wanted to work this out so he looked like a good guy, but dude just looks grimy as puff. 50 is a emotional chick. He doesn't want to work with game or buck yet keeps them on gunit. what kind of s*** is that? Dude needs to focus on his dead music career. even if you hate buck or game it seems like he put more time in f****** them behind the scenes then moving forward with his music.

It's not bucks "property" to begin with. It's g unit records property. Buck as well as a lot of other artists don't own their music. Just like Columbia records owns power of the dollar album rights and material and how death row owned all dr Dre material until they went bankrupt themselves.

What some of ya'll dont understand is this is gonna help Buck and 50, imagine they sell bucks catalog and publishing and and someone comes along and buys it at that point neither 50 nor Buck will benefit (imagine Irv Gotti buying Bucks s***) but if 50 has it where he can retain all Bucks recordings and catalogs as well as publishing then Buck may still be able to use it to perform and get money as well as 50 still being able to profit off of his artist. Some of you guys just talk and dont think first.
