Do you think that Lloyd Banks should be considered "actively in the game" since all he's put out is mixtapes? Do you consider him on the sidelines?

Also, if he is on the sideline isn't Drake also? How can u say Drake is "in the game" but Banks isn't. Drake got 1 mixtape that got attention. Thats why he has a buzz - a mixtape not an album. So why isn't Banks on that list? I just watched that Ebro dude and thought I'd ask you guys and ladies. What do you think?

Besides his Vol.4 was #1 on iTunes at one point and his diss record "Officer Down" was ahead of Rick Ross' "album single" at one point. So he still is making charts like an album would.

But then again what do I know... Is he one of the hottest in the game?

Banks had a "single" on iTunes in "Officer Down." He had an "album" #1 on Itunes in 4-30-09 Mixtape at one point.


Whats the difference? Because Drake had a label pushing "Best I Ever Had" and Banks didnt have a label pushing "Officer Down?"

That says more about Banks.

How can you compare a Rookie to a Veteran...All summer Lloyd Banks had been dropping mixed tapes like crazy. Drake has a nice sound but hes gonna have to be in the game a long time before he gets my respect
as a true veteran of Hip Hop. Stop being puppets and do the research for yourselves.

hell yeah, he heavy in the mixtape game, like GUCCI, Gucci aint put out an album in a minute but niggas consider him active, Banks is active wit mixtapes, on Thisis50, he's relevant, he's on the list isn't he??? He aint on no sideline, an example of a n**** on the sideline is Saigon, Bishop Lamont, Memphis Bleek, these are the type of niggas who drop a song every 6 months. Banks is gettin' busy, matter fact, where is that new Banks mixtape???
