I got rid of my beats to give sync by 50 a chance ( was able to do so free of charge because of my best buy warrenty) and Im telling you sms sound quality is over dres brah dont get me wrong beats are amazing but the sound is alot more clear and vivid in the syncs and the wireless is amazing next generation s*** no difference between wired and wireless with them. Downfalls are I personally think beats look better sms are big as hell and you have to charge the dongle and the headphones but thts better than having to buy batteries for beats ( studio only) ask me anything I will answer honestly btw syncs can bass boost another +

The sound quality on Beats is amazing. I did a product test at Best Buy recently on the Beats Studio headphones.
Only reason I haven't bought a pair is because I'm waiting to test the SMS headphones.
I've been waiting a damn year though...

Honestly? If I wanted to spend that much on headphones and buy a real good one, I'd get wireless SMS headphones. Not cause they have better sound or anything like that, it's just that:
1. wireless is more convenient
2. SMS looks much more durable anyway than Dre's Beats, I checked the latter out, they are not that special
I have wireless Sony headphones btw, and it's good enough for me, won't buy any overpriced headphones until mine gets broken or something LOL

Find out if u want over the ear or whatever..just make sure whatever headphones/earbuds u want have the mic so u can make talk hands free...makes all the difference..u can get good haedphones for $50 at best buy or fye or wherever u go

I'm definately looking to get the flamboyant over the ear headphones LOL. I see cats everywhere with Beats. Haven't seen anyone with SMS. 50 needs to properly launch SMS already.

i've had both and neither are exceptional for the price but if the price is no obstacle and i'm guessing you want a fashionable set of cans i would say go with the SYNC by 50. i got the wired ones and its sick that i'm the only one with em around, it turns more heads than my beats ever did. Not to mention the wireless capabilities cannot be overlooked. No more catching on cupboard handles and chairs etc. in conclusion, go with the sync's if you really care about style and the wireless feature. if not and you want what everyone else already has, buy beats. I would recommend you look at smaller companies first though because you can get stylish headphones that provide much better quality for a lower price but they won't be celebrity endorsed...
