Ok, Im back!!! This time Im bringing you one of today's most anticipated games, Assassin's Creed II!! If you have played the first Assassin's Creed then you know what Im talking about! For those of you who amazingly DON'T know, Assassin's Creed II is the sequel to Assassin's Creed, and one of the HOTTEST games out right now for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

You play as both Desmond Miles, who is a test subject at abstergo that has recently escaped with the help of the modern day Assassin's. Desmond, who is blood related to both Altair, an 11th century assassin(Assassin's Creed), and Ezio Auditore, the son of Giovanni Auditore, who was a high profle Florentine banker of the 1400's for a high profile politico, Lorenzo de' Medici.

Assassin's Creed II starts out with Desmond being broken out of Abstergo and taken to the secret assassin's hideout. Once there, you are put back into the new Animos 2.0, to relive the memories of Ezio Autidore. As you are reborn as Ezio Auditore, you are sent on a quest to find answers behind the deaths of his father and brother's, who are sent to death by who Ezio thinks is a friend of the family and also someone who is suppose to clear his father and brothers of the charges brought against them, but he is under the control of the Templars. The Templars, who are a historical secret society that controlled who came into and lost power in the 11th century to the present day. After his Father and brothers murder, Ezio is forced to avenge the deaths of his family members by any means necessary. He meets up with his uncle Mario Auditore, who introduces him to the life of an Assassin!

As you play through the storyline, you are taught vital skills that help you progress through the game. In this new installment to the much loved franchise, Ezio has a few upgrades from his predecesor Altair. A couple of those upgrades include a hidden gun, a double hidden assassin blade, to complete double assassinations of targets and those that guard them, and a poision injecting hidden blade. All of which are tools needed to progress through the game. Ezio also has a a couple new moves as well! One of which is a double jump, allowing Ezio to reach new heights once unattainable.

The game offers a great fictional story line that takes place over 13th century Italy, a charasmatic character, about 70 hrs of gameplay, and a history lesson about two of the most powerful, and secret societal groups from the 11th, 12th, and 13th centuries. The game also offers amazing scenic views of 13th century Italy, from Venice to Tuscany. The enviornments are very realistic, and are great depictions of what these beautiful cities would have looked like at the time as well.

All in all, I have to give this game a 9.5 out of 10. Everything about this game says game of the year. You immediately fall in love with the character and his story. It does have a couple of bugs with the camera when working on the Assassin's tombs, but I am sure they will have them worked out by the time the 3rd and final installment hits selves. Definitely worth the time playing and money! I would have to suggest this to anyone that has a 360, PS3 or PC!
