*Kind Of Long, But If U Been Complaining Since Last Thursday U Should Have The Time*
The numbers look like s*** and we all know the haters and the other actors in the W.W.E venue better known as Hip-Hop in 2009 are loving every minute of it but wtf is the point of making thread after thread about some s*** you have no control over.
For the 10 threads asking is it a flop---Obviously it is for 50.... 99.5% of the rap game would punch their own mother in the head if they even thought it would result in selling 150k in one week but 50 standards are much higher.
For the threads saying 50 should stop rapping---- thats makes no logical sense and flat out is f****** stupid to say. If 50 made an album full of features by cornballs such as Drake, Wayne, Kanye and whoever else and that managed to flop then u would have a more valid point because it would represent 50 turning his back on his fanbase in hopes of pleasing those artists fans.
Instead 50 makes an album where his only features are Em and Neyo doing a hook and the majority of the music go hard..whether u like all the tracks is on u but dont say he switched lanes out of the blue on u with some feature heavy b*******.
And last but not least is the classic ''he should shut the site down''....u have to be completely detached from having any form of business mindstate to say that dumb s***.
The advertisement dollars this site brings in more tha likely exceeds the crumbs an artist stands to make directly off their reasonably successful album sales so shutting the site down would benefit who exactly?
50's album leaked a month early and its nothing short of a fact that it had a serious effect in the sales.
The one positive 50 has in his corner is the time of year in which he dropped this album...for the next 5-6 weeks stores will be packed for holiday shopping and returns meaning more potential buyers for the album. Now if we were talking bout a mid-January release and these numbers came in...just like the presents next month it would be safe to say that any steady sales in the coming weeks would be a wrap for Fif.
