A Baltimore prosecutor and Mayor Sheila Dixon are expressing outrage over a video showing two girls laughing as a customer at a carryout restaurant is robbed at gunpoint by two males.
Prosecutor Jen Rallo noted during a recent court hearing that the video shows the restaurant continuing to serve customers after the man was shot, wounded and left bleeding on the floor.
During Wednesday's meeting of Baltimore's Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, Dixon condemned the citizens in the video, saying "It's like business as usual. Clearly, we have some very mentally disturbed individuals in the city."
The video was obtained by The Baltimore Examiner.
Two teenagers are charged as adults in the shooting Aug. 6 at Chinese Cuisine on Harford Road.
