When one of the young men exited the bus, he shot @ the bus killing and innocent 17 year old girl, that was on here way home from school.
If you could id the killer is it ok 2 snitch when a innocent child is murdered?

Of course. Some ppl act as though now, even if you say a word to the police, you're a snitch. I understand hatred to the corrupt police, but I know not all of them are like that, and if me tlking to a police officer (a non corrupt one) will help, I have no problem with it.
