Well DRE u picked the right topic for a lot of discussion b/c u r gonna have a ton of new school Hip-Hoppers on the short yellow busses pullin in by the thousands with their short attention spans claiming some Dum DIc Dat ain't no comparison like ain't ain't no word.
Any civilized muhfa knows NAS is still NASTY. C... alot of people got caught up in that whole little Player/Willie/Baller shhh.....and forgot the essence of Hip-Hop.
NAS spits real life situations everyone is going thru, and he does a great job at it, b/c you bobbin ya head, buggin' sayin "how'd he come up with that"
Come on. NAS has countless hits.
If one of u cats that don't agree NAS is the best, name just one... just ONE artist who is touching EVERY SUBJECT and is as near Creative like NAS.
Now also, I thought about the whole Hip-Hop is dead thing. I understand the concept. It means one part of Hip-Hop is dead. That's all. I dig a lot of cats out now. Some I don't care for, but to each his own. Plain n simple.

Nas is dope, but i feel like he's a lil too political wit his s*** nowadays, but i put him in a different class of rappers man u cant compare every rapper. you cant compare today's nas to 50 cent, theres too many differences to actually gauge whos better. jay z sucks. nas is dope hes one of my favorites. he raps with more rhetoric and purpose than anyone else, but his new s*** isnt really fun to listen to ya know. its good s*** good rhymes good messege but u cant bang it you know. nas is a real dude, you gotta respect him for sending the right messege to our youth in his music. its just not really gangsta rap nemore
