Well DRE u picked the right topic for a lot of discussion b/c u r gonna have a ton of new school Hip-Hoppers on the short yellow busses pullin in by the thousands with their short attention spans claiming some Dum DIc Dat ain't no comparison like ain't ain't no word.
Any civilized muhfa knows NAS is still NASTY. C... alot of people got caught up in that whole little Player/Willie/Baller shhh.....and forgot the essence of Hip-Hop.
NAS spits real life situations everyone is going thru, and he does a great job at it, b/c you bobbin ya head, buggin' sayin "how'd he come up with that"
Come on. NAS has countless hits.
If one of u cats that don't agree NAS is the best, name just one... just ONE artist who is touching EVERY SUBJECT and is as near Creative like NAS.
Now also, I thought about the whole Hip-Hop is dead thing. I understand the concept. It means one part of Hip-Hop is dead. That's all. I dig a lot of cats out now. Some I don't care for, but to each his own. Plain n simple.
One moment u hot, another u not... The ? is... Is your material a CLASSIC!? There's not more Legends than there are "Just Hot Now Wonders".
Read that again, incase it went over ya head!
NAS is STILL NASTY.
Check out: N, HIP-HOP IS DEAD, ILLMATIC, STILLMATIC, GOD'S SON, STREET DREAMS,....
Just compare all that to whoever u think might be able to f wit him.

Yo whether you say Nas makes what you consider a good song or not ...when dude puts a pen to a notepad no n**** on this earth can match his skills. Only dude thats still doing it in this game that can come close to his word play is Eminem.
It aint a oldhead or younghead thang its about skills n****'s
S*** ya'll think 33 is old lmao ...which is your fav rappers age.
ALL YOU NIGGAS DONT KNOW S***!!!NAS ONLY HAD ONE GOOD ALBUM ILLMATIC AND HIS ASS AINT EVEN PRESENT RIGHT NOW, WHENS THE LAST TIME YOU HEAR A HOT TRACK FROM NAS? THE BEST MC, LYRICIST, RAPPER IS JIN PERIOD!!! "YALL FON LEARN CHINESE"
na f that, young buck is the best rapper out there,
even though cheap ass 50 cent with all that vitamin water money,
didn't want to help Young Buck with some money problems
Young Buck will come out a true n****
Wow,I kno u gotta rite 2 ur opinion, but Buck put distance between himself & 50 first, then standin on stage huggin' Birdman like he goin back 2 Cash Money. If he was real bout his hustle(and quit sniffin' coke) he wouldnt need 50. Real niggaz can stand on their own!
Buck come on man you don't deserve to be in this disscusion B if you think Nas the living legend and Crying ass young buck should be in the same sentance i'm not hearimg you B

Nas is dope, but i feel like he's a lil too political wit his s*** nowadays, but i put him in a different class of rappers man u cant compare every rapper. you cant compare today's nas to 50 cent, theres too many differences to actually gauge whos better. jay z sucks. nas is dope hes one of my favorites. he raps with more rhetoric and purpose than anyone else, but his new s*** isnt really fun to listen to ya know. its good s*** good rhymes good messege but u cant bang it you know. nas is a real dude, you gotta respect him for sending the right messege to our youth in his music. its just not really gangsta rap nemore
