First reason - T.O.S did 105,000 copies first week and is bound to go Gold overtime. not to mention the worldwide sales.
Second reason - In terms of content, T.O.S was on point. That album was a great way to end up with the two prequel mixtapes Elephant in the Sand and Return of the Body Snatchers.
Third reason - G-Unit is still proving that it doesn't have to take a lot of callobarations to make a great album. T.O.S only had features from Young Buck and Movado.
Fourth Reason - Terminate on Sight didn't sell out, they continued with delivering that hard hitting lyrics to the public. How much artists or group artists would actually have the guts to release Rider Part 2 as a single. That single had so much profanity and yet was bumping in the streets and still is.
Terminate on Sight didn't flop. When people say flop, most times they're talking about sales right, well lets take a look at some sales figures then.
Nelly's Brass Knuckles - 80,000 copies first week and that album had about 4 -5 singles out including What's Your Name. Plus not to mention all the features on the album
DJ Khalid's We Global - 46,000 copies first week. With a ton load of artist from NY to the South , still couldn't match up to T.O.S
LL Cool J's Exit 13 - about 45,000 copies first week. Pretty low for someone who's a 'legend' in the rap game.
Terminate On Sight did NOT flop. I enjoyed it and i still listen to it overtime.
your second reason is why t.o.s flopped both of those mixtapes where better than the album.I'm hot a hater i just enjoy good music and t.o.s. was not that good.just speaking the truth!
they targeting that female crowd with this one !!! release something for the streets plz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! something like "foolish", "they know", & "tunnel vision"
