lack of sales is due to lack of respect for the music these days.
once there is respect for the artist and their music, people might go out and buy the album.
downloading or not downloading, more units should've been sold
For example get rich or die tryin', one of 50's first commerical albums released to the world, soldd over 13 million copies in the U.S. and over 19 mllion worldwide. There would've been more albums sold without those who download.

T.O.S was actually a hot as album, I think it flopped because it didnt really have a "pop" single that blew up in the top 20 or whatever. But they made a solid hardcore rap album for their fans and that is what we wanted

with everybody talking about the state of hiphop, it sounds like t.o.s. took a step back in time to retrieve some old school formulas, and mixed it with current s***. The way they spit was different, beats sounded raw like 50's first album, and there was an enthusiasm in the flows that seemed as if it was their first time making an album and wanted people to know their diversity.
