I s Lil Wayne really the best rapper alive?

He's good but not the best. He can't mess with Nas or Eminem or even Jeezy. Years ago he would have had to earn that title. What happen to the competitive nature of hip-hop. 50 is not a bully just competitive.

Hands down Lil wayne is the worst rapper i heard spit in my life. Dont get me wrong is make some nice music every now and then but to be the best..HELL NAH KID..He is way over rated.
