Other than the greats of the game (jay-z, eminem, nas, big, etc) who is the best lyrical rapper in th game today. Lets say people who really started getting in poppin since 2002 or so. I'd put my money on Joe Budden.

Other than the greats Obie Trice,Bishop, Lupe, Joe Budden,Blu and Papoose you can also add all of JMT & AOTP & IT don't forget Ras Kass & Vakill & Rhymefest thats just my opinion though.
