its not a question of blacks and latinos , more of social class and how hard it is to move from the middle class to the high-class ...i believe . then again there were , are and will always be laws made by old white ppl to keep the colored man down , and there is a phenomenon known as self fulfilling destiny that can f*** up an individual's psyche and existence ...whatevever the color of their skin is . i think .

A few days ago i thought it was the government but when u look at it u see that blacks are the ones killing blacks, selling drugs to each other, showing more respect to in-mates than to graduates. the government wants money who ever is paying their taxes, black or white.
