Of course you can f*** your girl when she's on her period. Actually a lot of women get super horny during that time so the sex can be kinda hot.
Of course you'd have to be with a girl you are really close to, but If you care about the girl enough, you won't see anything wrong with it. Enjoy it, have a shower together after, it's all good.
