i just heard he is locked up again for a "scuffle" in the club plus 2 unregistered pistols.
real story is wayne got KNOCKED OUT in the club by a dude.
and about the two unregistered guns, its a publicity stunt. he would be just as safe with registered guns, and has no reason but PUBLICITY (tryin to look real) but to have them be unregistered.
