YOUR WEEKEND TOP 10 PREVIEW: It’s looks like another showdown between Coldplay and Lil’ Wayne for the #1 spot on next week’s chart. Whichever takes the top spot will join Jack Johnson and Alicia Keys as the only three acts so far in 2008 to log three weeks at the top, with Johnson the only act to log consecutive weeks. Here’s how next week’s chart is shaping up as we go into the weekend:
Coldplay (Capitol) 120-125k Lil’ Wayne (Universal Motown) 120-125k
Camp Rock (Walt Disney) 90-95k
Beck (DGC) 75-80k, debut
Kid Rock (Atlantic) 55-60k
Now 28 (Capitol) 50-55k Rihanna (Def Jam/IDJ) 40-45k G-Unit (Interscope) 40-45k
Mamma Mia! (Decca) 40-45k, debut
John Mayer (Columbia) 35-40k http://hitsdailydouble.com/news/rumormill.cgi
Mediatraffic.de ain't reliable.they don't have all countries for their worldwide sales charts , they only take U.S. and like two other countries , it's even written somewhere on their site.
And also , they only estimate what could have been sold in other places , not what has been exactly sold.It ain't reliable.
Anyway , they'll be around 150k in the U.S. after two weeks. They can go gold , they droppin' the third single now so it's def' a good look , especially with the fact that the single is the perfect one.
T.O.S. best album out , straight up.
I think over time it will sell more than little wayne. People just don't really know how tight the album really is yet. I think it will take a little time. G-Unit is way better than anyone. Period.
those figures are too high lil wayne will only move about 100k i pressume but everyone go and get t.o.s so it atleast goes gold we cant let plies or rick ross beat his sales numbers
