can someone explain to me the term "wifey"
Can someone explain to me what the term "wifey" means...being as i live in a white upper middle class neighborhood, i do not understand a lot of slangage....i always hear people on here use the term "wifey", but it doesn't appear that the woman is in fact the mans wife... so is "wifey" just another term for girlfriend?

it means a serious longterm girlfriend that has a good chance of becoming a wife and or mother of children. its defintion is relative to the dude just ask and see what is said.

to most guys their wifey is on a lower scale than a girlfriend. the wifey would more than likely be the side girl that he's with but either way it goes the term isn't cool.
