Before I have a smart ass jump on here & tell me Buck is still on the label but not in the group save it because Buck exit from the company is just a matter of time. But f*** him, life goes on so with that said it's time to pick his replacement.
Buck is not important to G-Unit, he's just there to cover the southern market doing this southern domination that's going on in hip hop right now. He can always find another south artist that's dope that's more than willing to take his place. I think a perfect replacement would be Stat Quo because he's in the same situation that Game was in. He's sign to G-Unit brother labels and his s*** is sitting on the shelf. If you don't agree with me then who do you think would be a suitable south rapper to fit G-Unit style to replace Young Buck?
B GIZZLE ya dig?! I heard (a long time ago) that 50 wanted to sign him but he turned down the deal. Anybody from the Cash Money millionaires group (xcept Wayne and Baby of course), including Turk. Plies too
I think the Clipse would be a good replacement for MOP (it's a matter of time that they'll be gone), Stat Quo for Young Buck, Lil Eazy for Game, Ashanti for Olivia. That will be a big death blow to Murder Inc (well they already on life support that will just be pulling the plug).
I agree that the originals is dope but if they want to continue to succeed as a company they need to add new blood that will get the people interested in the G-Unit brand again. Stat Quo is an ill mc from Atl that been on Shady/Aftermath since 2003, he's been sitting on the shelf just like how The Game was before 50 stepped in & saved his career.
i think they should keep g unit in new york with their artists, id like juelz or pap, but realistically that wouldn't be a good fit. A good fit for G Unit would be someone who drops hits here and there but doesnt make much noise...or even an underground artist, many decent artists are unsigned.
