LOL... Lauryn's not crazy she put her family 1st......That's what I'm saying (the whole jail thing) do you think it's because their not lyrical enough? use ghost writers? or people just don't take them seriously?

I think a female Mc's career can last as long as she wants it to.. the thing is behind every great man is greater woman .. And being the woman sometimes they put their careers on hold for the family to take time out to have kids and all that.. but i see female Mc's with just as much longevity as the men except it's a male dominent industry so you'll have females rockin on and u won't hear it main stream u gotta be checkin on the woman hard.. that's y they say the female Mc is a dying breed because woman sometimes put their dreams behind them for their man.. but .. look at salt n peppa still tryna step back in the game and mc lyte still puttin out other artists and queen latifa with the flava unit.. lil kim been here a minute and now wit queen B records the female Mc is here strong still only they just get under rated

But y is it that a female has to be "sexy" in order to sell if she is lyrical.. look at Biggie "heart throb neva black and ugly as eva however ..." that's what i mean by it's a male dominated industry woman have to put they p**** out there spreaded legs style to get the attention.. That one reason y I did respect remy cuz she aint go out like that .. she brought it to niggas or who ever.. but maybe her beeing "too hard" was the reason for the lack of sales.. i just think females gotta find a middle ground sexy but not slutty.. naiiamean

ohh and also to add to that Missy wasn't a sex symbol but she made her music fun and colorful and she still winning so even if u not the most attractive female u can still get it..
