My day... it was OK today..
But yesterday.......at the last moment I'm getting off
this woman work my damn nerves.....
i seen myself dragging her into traffic and just holding down....
and waving the cars towards us.....
and I'm trying to stop smoking.....had to go and buy another pack..
but on my last cigar.........hope this is the last one..
PRAY FOR ME ON ALL LEVELS... I SURE CAN USE IT..

I had a beautiful dinner
Dhal new which was new to me and I learnd how to make it too.
Im in Oklahoma and im from New York came to help out my sis who moved here bout 5 years ago. I was just in NC so I feel like Im on tour
I learned I can give a two hour foot massage
I learned I can take care of a two year old thats not mine and its no joke (damn women do this s*** all day by themselves for years oh man)
I learned that Black people and white people suffer from White racism addiction the explanation was deep as hell
and how we still have sex like slaves ie sleeping in Master bedrooms. Dr. Afrika really broke it down and this book is reading like a movie and its made me even stronger in my conviction to become a spiritual healer and doctor.
I learned its not easy to tell people that there is a cure for the common cold, cancer, AIDS. So I guess I just have to show and prove, what ever Im built for this. I guess I will have to wait for people to get sick or some how come up with a way to heal them before they get sick.
I learned going from a half a mil to I still need 65 dollars to get my car out the shop is humbling as hell. And being happy is priceless.
Knowing yourself and how powerful you always were is like a perpetual orgasm.
