If you don't workout, why not? If you do, how many times a week and how long do you dedicate to yourself at the gym? What type of workout do you do?
Working out is a lifestyle for me. It's my overall swagger. It's the next best thing to finding GOD. Not only do I look good but I feel great. I also enjoy the fact that I can get HipHotic (my specialized workout system) and share some tips, both nutrition and exercise with anyone willing to utilize the information I have to give them for their benefit.

I just recently lost a lot of weight. I do cardio 3 times a week and strength and abs 2 days a week. I drink about 75 ounces of water a day. I eat an average of 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Yes, I would love some advice from you. Being healthy and eating right has come to be very important in my life.
