I want to know how many of you WORKOUT? Need FREE workout and nutrition tips?
My name is Miss HipHotic and I just wanted to formally introduce myself and start an important discussion with my new found Thisis50 family.
Working out and eating properly should be apart of our natural survival mechanism.
If you don't workout, why not? If you do, how many times a week and how long do you dedicate to yourself at the gym? What type of workout do you do?
Working out is a lifestyle for me. It's my overall swagger. It's the next best thing to finding GOD. Not only do I look good but I feel great. I also enjoy the fact that I can get HipHotic (my specialized workout system) and share some tips, both nutrition and exercise with anyone willing to utilize the information I have to give them for their benefit.

I just started going back to the gym a month ago, and cutting down on the chocolate because I'm tryna get right for the summer and stay right.

I just recently lost a lot of weight. I do cardio 3 times a week and strength and abs 2 days a week. I drink about 75 ounces of water a day. I eat an average of 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. Yes, I would love some advice from you. Being healthy and eating right has come to be very important in my life.
